After being made redundant in January 2020, Daniel decided it was now or never and threw himself into the world of sole trading and founded his original company EVehicle Training.
The aim was to create a different style of training for customers of mobile manual handling equipment in the workplace that was professional, modern and friendly. Despite the Covid pandemic arriving after just 3 months of starting out, Daniel continued to deliver essential training to the vital key workers at that time but it wasn't easy.
Things improved, and in May 2023 EVehicle Training was renamed as Walpole Training.
The change emphasised a diversity to the training Daniel offers to customers, contacts and the community such as First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Health & Safety and many more courses.
The aim of Walpole Training is to ensure that everyone who attends a training course with us has the opportunity to Learn, Improve and Achieve.

Throughout his career, Daniel has held a number of roles focusing on training and has always been passionate about people development and learning new skills.
This included working in the health and fitness industry, delivering training for the British Red Cross and for an electrical vehicle manufacturer.
At Walpole Training, Daniel acts as the first point of contact for all our clients. He also heads up strategy, marketing and operations and manages the day to day running of the business.
Away from training, Daniel is family man and a huge sports fan who burdens himself day to day by supporting Bristol City and Bristol Rugby Club.
Location
Walpole Training is based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire and has brilliant transport links across the country which means we work with a number of clients across the UK.
We are available to deliver training at a moments notice, no matter where you are located and we will always ensure we work around your needs and requirements.
